Guide to Troubleshooting Common Faults of CNC Hydraulic Bending Machines

illustration_of_cn_image_

1. The slider of the CNC hydraulic bending machine cannot descend quickly or descends very slowly

Check PointAction
1.1 Foot switchRefer to DM02 module
1.2 Intermediate relay KA2Use a multimeter to check the electric control signal
1.3 Servo proportional valveCarefully check during the diagnosis process
1.4 Material blocking shaftCheck the status of the X and Y axes on the display when not in place

2. The CNC hydraulic bending machine has no work progress

Check PointAction
2.1 PV valveCheck the signal or clean it
2.2 Filling valveRemove and clean if there is no progress on one side
2.3 Intermediate relayCheck the signal status

3. The CNC hydraulic bending machine cannot return or returns very slowly

Check PointAction
3.1 PV valveCheck the signal or clear it
3.2 Intermediate relay KA1Check the signal
3.3 Slider positionCheck the workpiece status, program and related parameters if not in place

4. The bending force of the CNC hydraulic press is insufficient and the oil temperature is high

Check PointAction
4.1 Hydraulic oilCheck whether contaminated and dirty
4.2 Filter elementNeeds to be replaced
4.3 Oil pumpCheck for damage
4.4 Proportional pressure valveClean if dirty
4.5 Main valveRe-tighten if loose

5. The oil cylinder of the CNC hydraulic bending machine descends slowly

(the descending speed is less than 2mm/min, and it gradually stops after descending 2-3mm, which is normal)

Check PointAction
5.1 Back pressure valveClean if dirty
5.2 Electric control one-way valveClean if dirty
5.3 Oil cylinderCheck for internal leakage

6. Whether the slider of the CNC hydraulic press operates flexibly

Check PointAction
6.1 Slider guide railCheck the tightness
6.2 Machine parametersMake adjustments as needed

7. The bending angle or size of the bending machine is inaccurate

Check PointAction
7.1 Angles on both sidesCan be corrected on the system
7.2 Slider connectionCheck if loose
7.3 Workpiece materialCheck material and its uniformity
7.4 Mold conditionCheck if worn
7.5 Size issuesFirst check the parallelism of the back stopper, then check the stopper itself
